Working Plan
All working progress are monitored in main office by Operation Manager and assigned field foreman and admnistration staff to make all report, paperwork, invoices and data in order.
Besides WO-working order form, all field worker and foreman are wearing uniform and ID card in order to make a pleasant and welcome visits from the occupant.
Base with experience, we estimated about 5 to 10 calls - approximately 20% of house occupancy will be received daily.

Our technician would response and handle any work order given through phone call/fax/email/website within 2 hours. On emergency bases, we will try to give more faster services.
We also prepare stand by crew after office hour or holidays on 24 hour basis-365 days /year for those emergency repairment. This kind of arrangement already started many years ago with many offices/partner.
If there any complains and input on progress or finished job, they could contact our Staff, Foreman or Operation Manager to discuss those work or just make simple appoinment.

Our online services with email services@rezekisurya.com and website address http://www.rezekisurya.com will do all administration paperwork more easy to support BP Outsourcing system; House Search, Estate Portfolio and Report & Feedback. This system could be link with BP computer system on different stages of passwords.
Daily Report is submitted everyday to review working progress for finished or ongoing work status.
All expenses spend on BP housing could be read in Monthly Report.
