PT. RezekiSurya IntiMakmur is a national private own company in Jakarta, established in 1991. The company registered in contractor association like Gapensi and partner in major Oil & Gas Industry as housing contractor.

Where are they ?

Our main office located in Jalan Cipete Raya No 25C. More than 100 employees working in this office with many divisions including eletronic shop and property agent Century21-Rezeki. Our appliances shop open office hours in Jalan Fatmawati Raya 33C.

What are they doing ?

PT. RezekiSurya IntiMakmur is one of the largest housing contractor which specialized in housing construction/renovation, maintenance, supplier and installation. We are capable in all aspect as a house builder, repairment or installment such as: civil work; repainting, any kind of renovation, plumbing, A/C, electrical and appliances. Our packing & moving division are ready to do house relocation within Jabotabek area. As property/housing agent of Century21-Rezeki, our new service will be able to handle your buy-sell-rent houses in Jakarta by August 2002.

Who is their client ?

Anybody who need help is our client, but 80% are expatiate who lives within Kemang and Pondok Indah in South Jakarta. Major oil&gas companies, foreign banking, foreign association, embassies and major companies who invest in Indonesia and hire expatriates are among them. BP Indonesia, VICO, Caltex, Global SantaFe, Standard Chartered Bank, Erricsson, Newmont, Precission Drilling, Heidelberg Indonesia, Johnson&Johnson, BAT, Caterpillar Asia, Coca Cola, Wilson Walton , AWA and ANZA is some of our regular customer. Embassies like Brunei, South African, Finland, local companies and Indonesians also using our services.

How long they will come to the house ?

Our basic time to reach appoinment house is between 2-3 hours within South Jakarta area. People are advice to make reservation first even we are willing to help certain urgent problem. For companies who had contract with us, our standby emergency crew is ready for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We are ready to give best services along 365 days a year for many years. For now our coverage area within 20km distance only.

How much the charges ?

For those kind of services, it is affordable for everybody. Our minimum charges is between Rp.75.000,- upto Rp.100.000,- excluding 10%VAT for minor repair without spareparts. Any material needed will be informed and estimated first.

How to pay ?

Our administration staff and courrier will send invoices to any offices/houses for their convenience. All customer are welcome to pay by cheque or transfer to our appointed bank.
